kox8 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between kox8 ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "member"). Please read this entire document carefully before visiting the platform, creating an account, or using any game or service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.1 Registration

A personal account is required to play games or place bets on the kox8 platform. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Registering with false information will result in account termination and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name, or multiple accounts created from the same device or IP address, are strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all related accounts being closed.

2.3 Password & Security

Keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. kox8 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone.

2.4 Updating Your Information

If your personal details change (such as your phone number or address), update them in your account settings promptly. kox8 will not be responsible for any delays in withdrawals caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kox8 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). kox8 is not responsible for transactions made through any method outside this list.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In some cases, additional time may be needed for identity verification or security checks.

3.4 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• kox8 may place any suspicious transaction on hold pending investigation.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified and the account will be closed immediately.

3.5 Withdrawal Conditions

To withdraw after receiving a bonus, the associated wagering requirement must be met (see Section 4 for details). Attempting to withdraw before fulfilling the bonus conditions may result in the bonus balance being cancelled.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at kox8 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 gives you the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time period. Once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• Any bonus is applicable only once per account.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.
• kox8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any existing bonus offer at any time.
• If fraudulent behaviour in meeting bonus conditions is proven, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

Regular members can participate in the kox8 VIP program across three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play. VIP benefits and terms are subject to change and kox8 may modify them at any time.

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

A bet is not considered accepted until a confirmation message is received after it is placed. kox8 is not obligated to compensate for bets that were not successfully recorded due to technical issues. kox8's final decision applies to odds and results issued due to obvious human error or technical fault.

5.2 Sports Betting

Across all sports betting markets including cricket, football, and kabaddi, if a match is cancelled or suspended without an official announcement, the related bets may be voided and stakes returned. kox8 does not express any opinion in favour of or against any real player, team, or club.

5.3 Casino Games

The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. If a technical error is detected in a game result, kox8 will take the necessary corrective action.

5.4 Maximum Win Limit

kox8 sets a maximum payout limit from any single bet or game. This limit may vary by game and market and is subject to change from time to time.

• Arbitrage Betting — systematically placing bets with the intent of securing guaranteed profit from mismatched odds.
• Account sharing or selling.
• Using automated software, bots, or any automation tool to manage bets or games.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Fraudulent collusion with other members.
• Creating an account under a false identity or using another person's information.

10.1 Closure by You

10.2 Closure by kox8

kox8 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Registration with false information.
• Being underage or failing to meet eligibility requirements.
• Legal directives or requests from authorities.

Legitimately earned balances are generally returned, however if fraudulent activity is proven, all balances may be forfeited.

kox8 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Disruption to games or bets due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Errors from third-party software or payment gateways.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account if caused by your own negligence.
• Indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this platform.
• Financial losses from gaming — each member is personally responsible for their own losses.

Under no circumstances is kox8 obligated to pay compensation exceeding the value of a single transaction.

kox8 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be published on the website for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
